Job Title: SC MEM Coordinator

Description:

Primary Role: MEM Hub operations implementation leader and change agent. LPO for compliance requirements related to PEL resolution, inventory process, asset write off process, equipment transfers, EMO records retention, DOT compliance, payroll processing/compliance, human resources, facility accounts payable/receivable, safety support, environmental support, org health LPO, GCS process lead, and PCNA/shared inventory coordinator.

Secondary Role: Supports SIP calls, facilitates move scheduling, EMO dispatch, and customer call confirmation. LPO for move issue resolution. LPO for staging and prep packets and outbound gate watch. (support parts process as needed).

Implementation
*Manage Hub equipment inventory processes;

*Equipment transfers in/out
*New equipment receiving/asset management
*Equipment sourcing including PCNA shared sourcing
*Guide period inventory process; data entry, PEL resolution, and inventory control
*DOT compliance to include - VCR/Fleet service, Hours of service, DQF files, and safety
*Kronos Administrator - process payroll, GCS compliance reporting/records retention, accrual tracking
*Facility accounts payable/receivable - owns the payment of all Hub operations invoices, equipment APS processing, P-card compliance, scrapping income posting, miscellaneous expense, office supply purchasing
*Supports the staffing process including - working with RTI to create staff opening, posting to external sites, day of interview coordination, post interview follow-up, and week one on-boarding.
*Coordinate period safety meeting, tracks compliance/records retention, and enters data into EZ track
*EIOS process owner - ensure timely completion and data entry for all facility environmental processes
*PCNA / ESM / Shared inventory process owner
*Lead Organization Health quarterly meetings


Process Capability
*Actively participate in team problem solving to improve customer service and Hub productivity

*Ensure all facility documentation is complete and accurate. That all documents are maintained/filed according to records retention policies
*Use problem solving techniques to improve process execution
*Strives for continuous improvement in daily work and willing to lead change in operational effectiveness
*Develop networks to ensure strong relationships exist between MEM and the selling teams




Administration

*SRTS and facility data entry, asset write off, system data integrity entry
*Supports/Coordinates special events
*Supports field MEM and MES administrative requests
*Maintain technological skills to a level that ensure subject matter expertise in Microsoft Office products and MEM systems
