Description:

This role will:

  • Lead development of mid-term and longer-term strategic initiatives impacting the beverage network and more broadly PepsiCo assets
  • Support AOP and PSP
  • Work cross-functionally with other supply chain leaders to define, analyze and develop go-forward recommendations to senior leaders based on executional and strategic considerations, including capacity, capability and business case
  • Develop financially sound business cases to investment decisions
  • Update and interact with Senior Leadership on strategic initiatives progress and elevating critical or time sensitive decisions/issues as appropriate
  • Have a deep knowledge of network optimization
  • Integrate and partner cross-PepsiCo supply chain network to identify, share and implement best practices and/or learnings
  • Serve as internal consultant addressing ad hoc requests, questions and/or projects


Supply Chain Strategy projects may include:

  • Annual network capacity analysis for Hot Fill, including NACP and PLNA JV network, and Chilled to determine optimal network for current and future years
  • Assessment of internal and external manufacturing and distribution locations to develop lowest costs solves
  • Network capability assessment to support current and future needs
  • Identification of network productivity and flexibility alternatives to impact current and future years
  • Innovation integration (as related to network capability and capacity)
  • Integration with other PepsiCo Supply Chain Strategy Teams




  • 5 to 10-years working experience in Supply Chain or related functions
  • Knowledge of supply chain networks - ideally within CPG industry
  • Deep financial and analytical capabilities
  • Experienced in leading large strategic projects
  • MBA strongly preferred
  • Strong leadership to effectively influence, empower and delegate across various projects and functional teams
  • Ability to challenge the status quo and champion new ideas through an organization in way that inspires confidence and trust with both peers and senior leadership
  • Ability to leverage supply chain knowledge to solve broader business challenges
