*Role Description*

We are seeking a bright and energetic cell biologist to join a creative and fast-paced Inflammation and Immunology team at Pfizer. The successful applicant will have experience in human cell culture systems with expertise in immunoassays. The incumbent will help to develop a vigorous research program aimed at elucidating cellular and molecular pathways that are relevant to the pathophysiology of inflammatory and autoimmune disorders of the skin. This role will provide technical expertise to enable the development of topical and systemic therapeutics to address significant unmet medical need in dermatology.#LI-SA1



*Responsibilities*

*Develop and execute in vitro human skin model systems to elucidate cellular and molecular mechanisms of action for potential therapeutic candidates.*Identify, trouble-shoot, and optimize relevant assay systems, technologies, and readouts.*Build group capabilities in imaging analysis.*Organize, summarize, and present data.*Independently design experiments, interpret and track results. *Work collaboratively with project teams.



*Qualifications*

*B.S. or M.S. in Immunology or related discipline and at least 5 years of experience in an industrial or academic setting*Experience with mammalian cell culture systems and cell-based assays*Expertise with flow cytometry.*Experience with ELISA, MSD, and related assay systems.*Highly motivated, independent, analytical.*Effective oral and written communication skills
