This posting is for positions that will be opening up in the immediate future.  We're looking for SPA (Scoping Proposal Advisors) with backgrounds in Data Center and SIO (Software Integration Orchestration)

What You'll Do 

As a Senior Scoping and Proposal Advisor you will collaborate with key stakeholders (e.g. Deal Accelerator, Deal Estimating Support, and Sales / BDM) during the Propose and Agree phases of the Sales Process, with the goal of gathering all data and requirements needed to draft and refine initial estimates. The Scoping and Proposal Advisor is responsible for finalizing  the scope and drafting the estimate to be presented to client.

Among your main responsibilities you will: 

  • Identify information gaps (customer and project details) to prepare estimate
  • Serve as technical liaison, coordinating with stakeholders to gather technical data and requirements
  • Document assumptions and finalize scope
  • Collaborate with Engagement Manager, Sales / BDM where required, with Architectural Subject Matter Experts (SME) to produce and refine initial estimate
  • Facilitate with the appropriate SMEs to scope multi arch or complex deals
  • Manage scoping for SOW (Statement of Work) and development of deals to be delivered by Partners / Third Parties

Who You Are

If you have experience working as a Pre-Sales Consultant, Project Manager or with the Business Development team, you may have the skills required for this role. 

Our minimum requirements are:

  • At least 8 years experience working in a Pre-Sales, Project Manager or Scoping/Deal Development role.
  • At least 3 years’ experience and knowledge in at least one of the following architectures: Routing and Switching, Datacenter, Security, Collaboration, Mobility. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineer or equivalent
  • Strong English communication skills (written and oral)


Additionally, to be successful in this role you must also have:

  • Strong knowledge of scoping requirements
  • Ability to translate customer business objectives into scoping requirements
  • Strong understanding of services delivery processes, ideally within IT industry
  • Experience preparing Levels of Effort (LOE) based on the service scopes
  • Prior experience as pre-sales consultant
  • Cross functional collaboration
  • Strong business communication
  • Understand who and when to bring in the appropriate SMEs for multi arch or complex deals
