**ROLE SUMMARY**



The Business Technology Global Information Security (GIS) team delivers three core capabilities for Pfizer. GIS secures Pfizer's most important information assets through world-class controls and protections. GIS enables Pfizer's business results by making security an enabler and not a roadblock to achieving business results. And GIS strives to broaden the cybersecurity ownership culture across the company through targeted awareness campaigns and empowering colleagues to be risk aware.







The GIS Acquisitions, Collaborations & Divestiture (ACD) Associate will, under direct supervision, assist in the identification and remediation of security risk within Acquisition, Collaborations, and Divestiture activities within Pfizer's Global Information Security (GIS) project portfolio. Activities include but are not limited to: managing risk elements within non-integrated environments, incorporating Pfizer blocking capabilities in non-integrated environments and performing cyber risk assessments/vulnerability management in the ACD and partner landscapes. Additionally, this role will play a key role for ensuring Day 1 security readiness for various deals and working closely with the GIS operations teams. The role will ensure that GIS always has an accurate ACD/Partner Security Playbook including the reflection of all current services and capabilities across GIS and will work directly for the ACD Information Security Lead.







**ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES**







+ Provide day-to-day support of ACD Transaction, Strategic Partner, and Collaboration landscape security assessments and risk reductions



+ Provide day-to-day operational support of our non-integrated environments aligned with our GIS Cybersecurity operations team and needs to be familiar with network security, end-point protection solutions, and perimeter filtering technologiesli



+ Support the risk assessment and vulnerability management activities related to our existing and new ACD/Partner transactions



+ Support the development of presentations, roadshows, and reports to communicate GIS ACD security initiatives



+ Represent GIS ACD Information Security and closely partner with assigned BT ACD groups and business stakeholders



+ Support the development of the External Partner/Collaborator security strategy



+ Assist with the development of an Annual Security Assessment for Pfizer ACD document storage and collaboration tools in order to ensure continued security around our GIS ACD confidential data/IP



+ Provide inputs to the GIS Due Diligence Questionnaire (DDQ) and ensure updates are provided to BT ACD teams



+ Support Cyber Due Diligence assessment efforts for Pfizer's ACD, Partner, and Licensing initiatives



+ Provide relevant inputs and metrics to support the agenda for identified team meetings and operations



+ Routinely liaise with key members of GIS service towers to investigate opportunities to enhance security service offerings in ACD and Partner environments as new security capabilities are implemented



+ Support GIS Cyber Readiness & Event activities across ACD, ensuring learnings are reflected in GIS ACD playbooks







**QUALIFICATIONS**







+ Bachelor's degree required, major in a technical field such as Information Technology or Life Sciences a plus



+ CISSP Certification or equivalent in Information Security a plus



+ PMP & ITIL Certifications a plus







Experience and Skills:







+ 2+ years of experience for external candidates or graduate from the Pfizer BT Rotational Program



+ Skills in process analysis, oral and written communications, time management, and cross group collaboration



+ Ability to work in ambiguous situations, create structure, and interface with various levels in the organization



+ Ability to challenge, improve and develop existing practices & processes



+ Significant experience working with PowerPoint and other Microsoft office applications







Required Aptitude:







+ Good understanding of Pfizer's Business Technology organization



+ Business acumen and cultural awareness, and quick to establish trust and respect



+ Action-oriented, resourceful, creative, energetic, and commitment to follow through



+ Aptitude for quick, creative thinking and attention to detail with emphasis on quality

This is a desk job - extensive computer use.







**NON-STANDARD WORK SCHEDULE, TRAVEL OR ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS**



Extensive computer use. Standard work schedule & 10% domestic travel required.



Primarily between Pfizer locations: Groton, CT/Collegeville, PA/New York, NY Headquarters.
