West Oaks Hospital offers
the community a broad range of inpatient, partial hospitalization and
intensive outpatient services for children, adolescents and adults.
We also offer residential adult chemical dependency services. West
Oaks Hospital is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week for any
questions or inquiries about our programs.
Ability to learn regulations, standards and reporting requirements related to all regulatory compliance. Ability to communicate clearly and accurately both verbally and in writing, in English. Ability to maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive material and information. Ability to handle multiple tasks with frequent interruption. Must consistently exhibit the mental and emotional stability to understand and perform the essential functions of the job. Must possess excellent time management and organizational skills. Must demonstrate a professional and personable demeanor to employees, visitors, patients, vendors, supervisors and management on a consistent basis.
High school education required.
Requires sufficient body mobility to accomplish essential functions. Must be able to sit, crawl and stand for extended periods of time. Must be able to bend, stoop and kneel with ease. Requires walking and standing often. Requires frequently speaking with patients, staff, and vendors and on the telephone. Must be able to lift and carry items up to 30 pounds. Must be able to work in small – tight – hot – dark – overhead – high areas. Requires corrected vision and hearing to normal range. Also must be able to handle large volumes of telephone or personal contacts daily. Must have transportation for the ability to be on call when needed or required. Must be able to work under periodic stress and pressure as needed.
