What You'll Do

  • Adapt and manage the execution of corporate programs and plays to drive incremental growth opportunities
  • Create and manage the execution of EMEAR specific programs to drive growth opportunities
  • Drive program-related enablement activities
  • Be responsible for measurable funnel growth
  • Participate in the creation and distribution of assets via Corporate tools (SalesConnect)


Who You'll Work With

When you join us, you’ll be part of a highly empowered collaborative team who's passionate about the successful insertion of the Security portfolio across Cisco’s sales activities.

  • You will provide the interlock between the corporate teams who create plays and programs, and GSSO EMEAR Theater leads who will support the delivery of the programs in the geographies
  • You will engage with the channel team to drive program execution via the partners
  • You will work with the enablement organisation to train sellers on the programs and plays


Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
  • 5 years Experience with sales and business development is highly desired
  • Must be able to develop and evolve long-term strategies while consistently driving tactical projects
  • Requires excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as the ability to build strong relationships across multiple teams in an organization.
  • Self-motivation, creativity and a determination to reach goals and objectives with limited management intervention are critical to success
  • Good understanding of Cisco field sales organization
  • Up to 20%  travel may be required.
  • Fluent english,  additional languages would be a plus.
