What You'll Do
* Support the activities of the sales team within Korea through impacting market awareness (seminars, public events, etc.), direct support of identified customer opportunities, partner identification and development
* Manage technology validation exercises successfully
* Build relationships with technical and business partners that engender long, successful ongoing business
* Present technological solutions in a business relevant way to all levels of the customer organization
* Engage with channel partners and customers to move forward with the opportunity
* Build a working knowledge of technology shifts that impact security and other architectures. For example, the role of software defined networking and net data center architectures
* Ensure the detailed features, functionality and architectural impact of Cisco technology in your designs and proposals are understood, valued and communicated
* Work flexibly to achieve your goals using the various internal and external resources available
* Invest time in learning about technology shifts, and communicate the relevant aspects to customers and partners
* Engage with channel partners and customers to move forward with the opportunity

Who You'll Work With
The Security System Engineers primary responsibility is to provide technical guidance and sales support on the Cisco Security Solution Portfolio. Candidates should be experienced with one or more of content security (Email, Web, Anti-Spam) Network Security (Firewall, IPS, ISE/NAC, VPN, etc.) and should have a strong background in the security domain generally. Candidates should be able to explain how technical solutions can be applied to solve business problems, and should be able to speak the languages of business and technical decision makers alike.

Who You Are
* University degree in a technical discipline or equivalent
* At least 4 years of experience
* Pre-sales SE experience preferred
* Cisco CCIE very highly regarded
* Business Acumen
* Fluent in English
* Maintain personal organization and time management
* Good communication skill in both Korean and English
* Bring and further develop outstanding presentation skills
* Be attentive to details and always followup
