Job Description:

 

Prudential Capital Group is seeking a bright, motivated, and organized individual for a Senior Administrative Assistant position for PCG’s Lease and Infrastructure Finance Group.  Responsibilities will include, but may not be limited to:

 

  • Conduct research, compile and prepare marketing material and information utilizing various financial data bases. Will provide basic analysis of information.
  • Maintain call logs, contact database and transaction pipeline reports for the teams.
  • Utilize PowerPoint skills to create/revise professional presentations using graphics, diagrams and charts as appropriate.  Will track relevant data and deal information in Excel to create presentations.
  • Maintain office business continuation records and ensure compliance with document retention policies, including electronic filing requirements
  • Maintain correspondence with internal and external parties as needed (such as trustees, accounting, trade management)
  • Compile information to assist in valuation process
  • Provide general administrative support for Investment Professional staff as needed (including but not limited to scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, scanning / printing, organizing travel arrangements and maintaining/ordering supplies).
  • Special projects as assigned.

 


 

  • A high degree of professionalism and strong work ethic coupled with a sense of responsibility and integrity required.
  • High School Degree required, Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Strong business/administrative experience required.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, dependability and the ability to communicate with all levels in the organization required.
  • Strong editing and proofreading skills needed
  • Excellent meeting planning, project management, and organizational skills required.
  • Strong initiative and attention to detail a must with the ability to effectively multi-task and manage multiple assignments and prioritize accordingly.
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision under tight time constraints as needed.
  • Ability to work independently but also partner as a team player.
  • Willingness to take direction from various sources required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office computer applications, specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Proficiency with Capital IQ and Salesforce a plus
  • Flexibility to work overtime as required.
