  • Maintain calendars and travel itineraries for VP Talent Management/Org Development, Corporate HR
  • Time management skills are critical for extensive project management role as well as setting up and maintaining an annual calendar of key deliverables
  • Plan international/domestic travel, meetings in accordance with Smart Spend Guidelines and awareness of global security provisions
  • Provide project management coverage for enterprise wide initiatives; with strong ability to understand data and insights
  • Support VP in developing robust presentations, development of global function newsletters, email communications etc..
  • Manage team budget (G&A, T&E and SAP), prepare and file all expense reports for VP and process invoices in a proactive and timely manner and ensure proper documentation and follow through
  • Proficient with HR Systems(My P&D and Business Objects)to support team Talent Management deliverables
  • Order and maintain TM/OD team office moves, office equipment and supplies and manage
  • Schedule and project manage large and small team meetings and facilitate the development of the agenda and logistics
  • Maintain organizational charts, phone lists, email distribution lists as well as other mechanisms to provide easy access to teams we support


  • Minimum of 7-10 years experience in an administrative position at an executive level
  • Prior HR and Project Management experience a plus
  • High School Diploma/required, prefer Bachelors Degree
  • Advanced/Proficient Computer Skills (Outlook, Word, Power Point, Excel)
  • Ability to multi task and manage through competing priorities
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills
  • Ability to handle extremely sensitive and business confidential information
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • Proactively work to organize, respond to needs and anticipate what is needed by the individuals for whom she/he supports
  • Flexible and able to work under pressure to include tight deadlines and multiple projects with strong organizational skills
