The OD Sr. Analyst will be part of the Frito-Lay Talent Management and Development team and support the effective administration of PepsiCo Core People Processes including 360-degree feedback, manager quality surveys, and company-wide employee engagement surveys. The incumbent will identify key insights from multiple data sources to drive action planning initiatives for various organizational leaders and functional groups.

The OD Sr. Analyst will also be responsible for projects and analytics associated with our frontline selection and staffing program to include job analysis, assessment criterion validation, adverse impact analyses, and insights for improving our selection process. The incumbent will support the successful execution of frontline selection best practices by partnering internally with hiring managers, HR, and legal to enforce selection/assessment processes and policies.

  • The OD Sr. Analyst will report to the Sr. Manager, OD.
  • The position is located at Frito-Lay HQ in Plano, TX.
  • A small relocation package is available for this position.


  • Masters or Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. (ABD or Ph.D Preferred)
  • 1-3 years of experience in the areas of organizational surveys,analytics, and selection
    • Graduate school assistantship, contract, or intern experience will also be considered.

Demonstrated ability or significant coursework in:

  • Survey item development
  • Multi-rater assessments or survey administration
  • Job analysis
  • Testing validation
  • Competency modeling
  • Behaviorally-based interview guide development
  • Communication to various stakeholders at different levels of an organization
  • HR technology solutions including applicant tracking systems, multi-rater feedback systems, and online surveys is preferred
  • Analyzing data using advanced statistical methods and applications including advanced knowledge of SPSS and/or R (ex: regression, multivariate, HLM) and the ability to interpret findings for an unfamiliar audience
  • Advanced use of Microsoft Office Suite, especially PPT and Excel
