building rules in order to meet changing business needs;

identifying gaps and areas for improvement;

analyzing data in order to identify the root cause of the process issue;

testing rules to build improved efficiencies and processes;

and communicating the change to key stakeholders.

Facilitates Trust and Safety processes for Global Compliance by

collaborating with internal and external partners (for example, Compliance, Marketplace, Merchandising, Trust and Safety Operations) to resolve cross-functional implications;

analyzing results in order to measure the effectiveness of rules;

auditing rules to limit impact to legitimate transactions;

monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) (for example, catch rate, hit rate);

- Intermediate to advanced Excel experience

- Pivot tables, end to end data analysis
