Job Description

The TMOD (Talent Management and Organization Development) Senior Analyst will be responsible for preparing data analytics and insights that inform initiatives designed to improve talent capability, team/organization effectiveness, career development, change management and succession planning. Key customers and stakeholders include: PepsiCo Global Marketing, Global Category Teams, Global Insights, Design Center, Commercialization, Global eCommerce, Franchise, HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and Centers of Excellence (CoEs). The individual will also be expected to assume project management responsibilities for advancing custom OD interventions focused on talent and career development.

Responsibilities include:
  • Conduct talent analytics to provide data-driven insights and inform talent strategies in partnership with our HRBPs
  • Measure, track, and analyze key TMOD initiatives (e.g., capability and development programs, career models and change management efforts) and help develop new mechanisms to better assess outcomes and impact
  • Manage talent accelerator initiatives (e.g., executive coaching; mentoring; rotational assignments); track & measure progress against these initiatives & collaborate with HR business partners to make recommendations and ensure sustainability
  • Support the execution of PepsiCo Core Processes (e.g., People Planning Process, 360 feedback system, Organizational Health Survey, Performance Management)
  • Support the creation and execution of new programs to assess and develop capability, including onboarding and functional learning programs
  • Conduct necessary research on various topics / items for client interventions
  • Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Masters degree in organizational psychology, organization development or statistics required. Masters or Doctoral degree in I/O psychology or organizational behavior preferred.
  • 3-4 years of HR, OD or talent management experience
  • Strong data analytic skills, including the ability to manage large data sets and generate/communicate meaningful insights that inform action strategies
  • Proven project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects at once and meet tight deadlines
  • Outstanding critical thinking skills and the ability to learn from experience
  • High tolerance for ambiguity and comfort working independently
  • Rigorous attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Tableau required. Proficiency in SPSS/SASS as well as survey design programs (e.g., Qualtrics) preferred.
