Job Details

+ Serve as the one point of contact for SRM activities to (A) the Sales Strategy teams for Health and/or Wellness and (B) assigned Sales account teams

+ Analyzes and tracks promotional effectiveness while identifying patterns and opportunities and managing promotional guidelines for the sales teams

+ Manage the reconciliation and execution of Trade Architecture

+ Support the organization in driving Net Sales at assigned accounts

+ Support the Sr. Manager of Pricing and Director of SRM in executing SRM initiatives across the sales teams

+ Conduct event level ROI analysis by account by promoted pack group (PPG) and/or by brand. Present those findings to Sales Teams leaders and work collaboratively with account teams to adjust promotional calendars

+ Identify opportunities to optimize deployment of trade funds based on post-promotion analysis

+ Provide account teams and Sales Strategy with pre-promotional ROI insights that will help drive investment decisions

+ Develop recommendations for promotional guidelines based on identified insights and patterns

+ Provide proposals for enhancing the data quality in Siebel, specific to trade spend

+ Help create, deploy and train sales associates on ROI, Net Sales inclusive of tools and processes

+ Provide promotion and pricing analytics and reporting to account teams and sales strategy

+ Lead the reconciliation of Trade Architecture, includes calculation of Performance Kickers and reconciliation

+ Support the execution of pricing initiatives at the account level. This includes analytical support to Sales Team Leaders and Sr. Manager of Pricing


+ Bachelor's degree required (preferably in Business Administration, Finance)

+ 3-5 years of CPG or Consumer Health experience in a Sales Finance, Trade Planning or Pricing role

+ Experience analyzing data from Nielsen or IRI

+ Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word

+ Analytical proficiency and experience performing complex data analytics

+ Demonstrated track record in working independently and entrepreneurially

+ Strong communication skills with excelling collaboration and influencing ability
