Job Details

Responsibility for data retrieval, analysis and validation and for report preparation in connection with affirmative action planning, government reporting, defense of audits by the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP), and internal analyses of US pay equity and workforce diversity and other diversity and inclusion projects as needed.

+ Collects and retrieves data and conducts analyses following instructions and guidance

+ Summarizes and reports findings from analyses and data in a useful way for managers, clients and business partners

+ Validates, identifies and corrects inconsistencies in data used for AAPs and government filings

+ Prioritizes daily tasks and manages workload to meet deadlines/objectives; consults with manager as needed

+ Identifies issues and solves problems encountered in own work, proactively seeking help when needed

+ Uses own judgment to modify work methods and suggests more effective approaches for gathering, presenting, analyzing and reporting data

+ Works with manager to improve expertise and develop specialized knowledge

+ Understands relevant HR and EEO/affirmative action procedures, policies, and regulations

+ Executes transactions to support client needs and beginning to anticipate client needs

+ Develops and maintains positive and collaborative relationships with team members, business partners and others who can help achieve department goals

+ Develops and periodically updates AAP reports on Pfizer's workforce, hiring, compensation and other HR transactions

+ Gathers and prepares data for annual federal government filings (EEO-1, Veterans 4212) and required state reporting

+ Gathers and prepares data for submissions in response to OFCCP audit requests

+ Organizes and maintains electronic files

+ Gathers, prepares and analyzes data in connection with internal pay equity audits

+ Prepares and analyzes data, summarizes findings for reports as requested by HR/client groups to assess workforce diversity

+ Other related responsibilities as needed to support AAP preparation, government reporting, audit submissions, and to respond to internal client requests

**NOTE: This is a Part-Time schedule, typically up to 60% of full time role, but requirements can occasionally spike to greater than 60%.**
