**ROLE SUMMARY**

Senior Associate, R&D Operations Management for the Business Strategy and Operations (BS) Organization for the BioTherapeutics (BTx) Pharmaceutical Sciences Analytical Research & Development organization to provide LabWare LIMS application support to the Pfizer BTx organization and contract research laboratories utilized by Pfizer BTx. Key accountabilities will include management of all day to day activities to support direct users and business processes, troubleshooting of issues with numerous stakeholders and project reps, training and new application roll-out as well as evaluation/development of new applications to be used for future business processes.



**ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES**

The qualified colleague is responsible for providing support on the day-to-day, routine activities being performed in LabWare LIMS by users within the organization. This would include the building of routine LIMS Product Specs, Stability Protocols and the Templates needed to enable global operations, providing timely and effective troubleshooting support to the Business for routine LIMS applications and working with LIMS SMEs to evaluate/develop new or improved solutions for the Business Informatics needs, leveraging enhancements to the LabWare LIMS/ELN system where possible. Note: There is no lab work associated with this position.



The colleague must work within corporate guidelines and must appropriately record, archive and report all data. The colleague must be able to interact effectively with peers and leaders as part of a multi-disciplinary team across multiple geographies. The candidate must thrive in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask and effective interpersonal, influencing skills and communication skills across all ARD geographies are required.



**QUALIFICATIONS**



MINIMUM: BS in chemistry, analytical chemistry, biochemistry, biology or related field

Minimum of three years of laboratory experience in a variety of large molecule and vaccine analytical techniques including experience with LabWare LIMS software and applications. Ability to follow established procedures under minimal supervision.



DESIRABLE: Experience with development, programing and troubleshooting of LabWare LIMS applications such as Electronic Laboratory Notebook design, product specification builds, building of stored reports and queries and training of end users. Experience with Quality Systems in a GMP environment.



OTHER ATTRIBUTES DESIRABLE:

•Excellent documentation skills

•Self-motivated and highly effective in a team-based environment

•Effective oral and written communication skills

•Experience in analysis of large molecules

•Experience with laboratory data systems such as Empower
