Oncology is the therapeutic area where Pfizer invests most in research and development. Our Oncology pipeline is rich of many new molecules at different development stages and offering different, and sometimes combinable, innovative mode of actions to defeat cancer.

We are currently looking for a **(senior) BeLux Oncology Brand Manager**

**Role purpose and main responsibilities** :

Drive the development of a brand/customer related business strategy together with country Medical and Sales functions, in close collaboration with European marketing teams. Ensure consistent brand strategic and tactical implementation in line with Pfizer's overall mission, vision and values.

+ Proactively contribute to the development of a Therapeutic Area vision and strategy together with Business Unit (BU) Lead, cross-functional teams and European teams in order to determine optimal brand positioning.

+ Develop an annual brand plan and budget for the assigned brands, together with the country/regional Leadership Team (LT), medical, sales, EU teams and other related colleagues.

+ Leadership (without line authority) of in-country cross-functional teams (XFT) to ensure collaboration across various activities in order to achieve brands' success

+ Collaboration with customer facing medical, local customer and digital marketing and local colleagues to develop and implement brand activities

+ Translate the key strategies into innovative and medically valuable programs together with internal and/or external support.

+ Design and implement medico-marketing projects and promotional material.

+ Recommend new brand developments (e.g. other reimbursement criteria, ...).

+ Direct the collection of market information at product level and analyze, interpret and present relevant data.

+ Develop a network of Opinion Leaders, customers associations, etc. with high level of partnership

+ Keep track with market evolution of agencies, service providers and follow up evolution of marketing models, methods and tools.

+ Develop SLA's and rules for smooth interaction with internal and external service providers where relevant.

+ Accountable for the planning, spending & controlling of budgets agreed for own area of responsibility, developing regular forecast updates to aid financial planning

+ Accountability for achieving country brand revenue targets including forecast and monitoring

+ Collaborate with customer facing leadership team to ensure brand strategy compliance and market feedback

+ Support product training and ensure field based teams have excellent materials and knowledge

+ Thorough understanding of the local customer market place ensure that customer insights and market issues are well understood and inform the overall European teams

+ All other responsibilities and initiatives as required by the business

**Skills, knowledge, qualifications and experience :**

+ **Education:** University degree in bioscience with good notions of marketing, or vice-versa.

+ **Experience** : Previous and proven commercial / marketing leadership experience in pharmaceutical specialists' markets and preferably in oncology

+ **Language skills** : Fluent spoken French, Dutch and English. Good written English.

+ **Others:**

+ Computer literate.

+ You show a strong analytical thinking.

+ Able to work in (remote) teams, very good communication skills, open and constructive communication style; team spirit

+ You have the social skills that enable to build partnership relations with medical specialists;

+ You show strong interpersonal and negotiation skills

+ You have the drive to build and maintain expertise in a medical specialist area, through identifying, acquiring, interpreting and disseminating critical information. .

+ Good presentation skills

+ You have the ability to create new concepts and innovative solutions.

+ Demonstrating Pfizer values, esp. respect for people, team spirit and sense of ownership
