Prep H is the #1 Hem Rem brand in the US and continues to grow share. It is integral to the Health franchise achieving its long term growth and profit plans. We are seeking a Senior Brand Manager to help Prep H continue its current growth trend.

In this role, the colleague will be responsible for leading the development and execution of Prep H's annual brand plan, including the planning, execution and activation the plan.

The SBM will manage a complex network of cross-functional partners, leading a team of professionals to develop and execute the overall plan. This will be a high visibility role given the nature of this business and the recent performance. This role has the ability to make significant impact to the PCH business for a number of years.

This colleague will serve in a general management leadership capacity with full accountability for driving profitable growth of the Prep H business.


+ Develop and Execute Annual Brand Plan - with focus on strategy and growth plan

+ Lead communication development and planning, including TV, digital, social and shopper

+ Manage P&L and expense budget

+ Partner with Trade and Sales Strategy in customer plan development and execution

+ Lead and/or support brand innovation

+ Lead, develop and assist team to support their ongoing development in their role


+ Experienced Senior Brand Manager with a minimum of 1 year experience at that level

+ Minimum of 5+ years of marketing experience in brand/product management

+ Demonstrated success as a successful brand marketer and cross functional leader

+ Demonstrated knowledge base of consumer, customer/retailer, product and competitor landscapes

+ P&L and Operating Budget experience within a matrix organization

+ Product and marketing campaign launch experience required

+ Direct report management experience preferred(cross functional leadership required)
