**Description du role** Une opportunit de rejoindre le groupe Business Analytics and Insights de Pfizer Innovative Health pour integrer l'equipe supportant les Business Units Vaccin, Maladie Rare, Oncologie et pour les marches internationaux developps (Europe, Japon, Australie/ NZ)- Role focus sur le support Oncologie.

Le groupe Business Analytics and Insights (BAI) est un partenaire consultant delivrant des recommendations bases sur de solutions robustes et des insights permettant au business de prendre des decisions impactantes.

En tant que organisation globale, nous delivrons des services d'analyses de haute rigueur pour les leaders de Pfizer, equipes commerciales rgionales/locales et nos partenaires travers le monde.

Membre de l'equipe Business Analytics (BA) Vaccin, Maladie Rare et Oncology pour la region International Developped Market (IDM) en support des quipes regionales Marketing et des business units leads, pour la definition des strategies commerciales. Ce role de BA client facing en partenariat avec d'autres groupes de Business Analytics permettra d'assurer la mise en place des ressources et les solutions les plus robustes pour repondre aux problematiques business.

Role intervenant en Anglais dans toutes les interactions.


+ En partenariat avec les partenaires cls, definit, developpe et implemente les Plans d'analyses pour les brands ou categories du business Oncologie pour les marches regionaux internationaux developps (Europe, Japon, Australie/ NZ)

+ Responsable du process de forecasting et d'assurer la meilleure approche et le plus grande precision pour les process financiers grace a une grande connaissance du domaine de l'oncologie

+ Responsable de toutes les activites analytiques en support des fonctions commerciales ( Etudes de marches primaires et secondaires, management des data, forecasting, evaluation des futurs dveloppement, suivi des indicateurs de performance de march, analyses digitales, intelligence artificielle)

+ Travaille avec les autres equipes et centres d'ecellence de Business Analytics (Globaux, Regions, locaux) et avec toute sles fonctions transverses pour permettre de delivrer les meilleures solutions pour repondre aux problematiques business avec la meilleure efficience

+ Proactivement fournit des analyses de hautes expertise afin d'identifier les leviers et les barrieres pour les marchs

+ Responsable du management du budget avec les equipes commerciales

+ Identifie et manage l'integration des meilleures sources de data

+ Fournit le support adquate au Lead de l'equipe BAI VRO ainsi qu' l'equipe BAI VRO

**Competences requises:**

+ Capabilites d'analyses combines avec des competences de consultant et une robuste connaissance de la comprehension du business et de l'organisation du travail en equipe regionale

+ Tres solide experience de forecasting avec haut niveau de precision -idealement en oncologie

+ Connaissance marche, mentalit big picture incluant une grande comprhension du marche pharmaceutique et de ses tendances- Experience en oncologie.

+ Capacite de traduire des insights en recommandations strategiques et capacit de de communiquer des informations complexes et des concepts diffrents types d'audience - dont les responsables seniors de l'organisation - rapidement crant de la confiance et de la credibilit en demontrant un haut niveau d'excellence professionnelle

+ Construit et propose des insights travers differentes sources de data

+ Grande capacites de visualization des data et de story telling

**Qualifications** **Education:** MBA or advanced degree en science ou BAC+5 Ecole de commerce

**Qualifications / Experience:**

+ Experience solide en Business Intelligence et/ou roles marketing ou Finance dans des roles regionaux (5/7 ans min)

+ Experience de management de budget et ressources transverses

+ Comprehension et connaissance du marche Pharmaceutique- Experience valide en Oncologie

+ Capacit prouve d'agir en consultant strategique avec des clients commerciaux

+ Grande experience des methodes d'etudes de marche qualitatives et quantitatives.

+ Connaissance et apprehension des besoins reglementaires et de compliance de l'industrie pharmaceutique. Experience de management des besoins de compliance pour les etudes de march.

**Role Description** A great opportunity has come up to be part of the Business Analytics & Insights (BAI) team aligned to Pfizer Innovative Health to support Vaccines, Rare Diseases and Oncology for the International Developed Markets (IDM) Region.

Business Analytics and Insights (BAI) is a consultative partner delivering fact-based recommendations that inform clients to make impactful decisions. As a global organisation, we provide rigorous analytics services to Pfizer leaders, marketing teams and partners throughout the world

The Senior Business Intelligence Manager will be responsible for the delivery of BAI services to the Regional Brand Teams, partnering with them to drive strategic commercial decisions across the region. This role brings business solutions through core analytic skills, leading work through the team and through collaborations across BAI and external partners.

**Responsibilities:** **Key Roles & Responsibilities include**

+ In partnership with key stakeholders, agree, define and implement business analytics plans for the relevant brand / category for the IDM region for oncology business

+ Lead Forecasting process and ensure best approach and accuracy for commercial and financial teams through a strong Oncology acumen

+ Lead all analytical activities in support of commercial priorities (e.g. Primary Market Research, forecasting, scenario planning, asset development valuation, KPI tracking, Digital analytics);

+ Work effectively with other BAI/ Centers of Excellence colleagues (Global, Regional, and country) and/or other enabling functions to deliver on the business priorities for the IDM region (Europe, Japan, Australia/ New Zealand, Korea).

+ Proactively provide analytical expertise and therapy area insights that identify and maximize business opportunities

+ Ensure overall BAI project coordination and accountability of pull-through including:

+ Coordination with the relevant BAI or Commercial Teams

+ Budget management

+ Source internal or external expertise and resources to meet project requirements

+ Direct and manage the workload of flexible resources where appropriate.

+ Provide support to the BAI Team Leader to drive BAI organization and to support interactions with Senior Regional BU Leaders as required.

**Functional and Technical Competencies:**

+ Strong strategic and analytical skills combined with consultancy skills and robust understanding of the business planning cycle in a Regional organization.

+ Demonstrated experience in forecasting with high level of accuracy and methodologies

+ Strong business acumen, big picture mentality, including good understanding of the healthcare trends and customer landscape in the Region. Knowledge of oncology business in multiple European countries;

+ Ability to translate analytics into actionable strategic recommendations and capacity to effectively communicate complex information and concepts to different types of audiences;

+ Ability to partner successfully with Senior Leaders in the organization, quickly building trust and credibility by setting a high visible example of professional excellence;

+ Strong influencing skills, ability to lead work in a virtual and multi-cultural environment, often without direct line authority; Ability to lead matrix teams assertively;

+ Complex project management leadership skills and problem solving approach;

+ Builds business relevant insights from disparate sources through in-depth analyses

+ Uses the business insights to best engage business partners and influence business decisions

+ Strong data visualization and storytelling skills.

+ Knowledge and understanding of regulatory and compliance specificities for market researches. Management of compliance needs to high level of accuracy in regional programs.

**Qualifications (Training, Education & Prior Experience):** **Education:** Educated to degree level. MBA or advanced degree in Sciences/ Quantitative field preferred.

**Qualifications / Experience:**

+ Solid experience in Business Analytics and/or Commercial roles in Big 5 Country/ European level (+7 years) with forecasting focus

+ Oncology experience

+ Experience with budget and resource allocation management

+ Thorough understanding of Pharmaceutical marketing including Operating/Strategic plan

+ Proven ability to act as a strategic consultant with commercial clients

+ Understands quantitative and qualitative research methodologies. Experienced in management of secondary data. Knowledgeable about study design and able to assess vendor technical capabilities

+ Proven ability to connect, integrate and distil analysis and data into a meaningful 'so what' to drive concrete strategic recommendations and enable commercial decision making.
