Positions in this function include those responsible for providing process and operational support to the functions within Business Operations Family. Positions in this function may also be responsible for quality reporting, analysis and audits, and for developing plans and programs to support continuous quality improvement using applicable tools. *Employees in jobs labeled with ‘SCA’ must support a Government Service Contract Act (SCA) Agreement.
Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma / GED
  • Must be willing and able to travel locally 75%+ within assigned state
  • Must be flexible to work a variety of work schedules / hours
  • 1+ years transportation experience
  • Ability to accurately type 35+ corrected words per minute
  • Prior experience in training and presenting information to groups
  • Access to reliable transportation that will enable you to travel to client and / or patient sites within a designated area

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in inspecting or auditing a plus
  • Prior audit experience and / or knowledge of Medicaid and State guidelines a plus
Soft Skills:
  • Basic knowledge of assigned state along with ability to read and follow maps
  • Ability to follow complex instructions
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Communication, Oral - Ability to communicate effectively with others using the spoken word
    Ability to provide daily and weekly report on observations
  • Communication, Written - Ability to communicate in writing clearly and concisely
    Customer Oriented - Ability to take care of the customers? needs while following company procedures
  • Interpersonal - Ability to get along well with a variety of personalities and individuals
  • Problem Solving - Ability to find a solution for or to deal proactively with work-related problems
  • Self-Motivated - Ability to be internally inspired to perform a task to the best of one's ability using his or her own drive or initiative
  • Relationship Building - Ability to effectively build relationships with customers and co-workers
  • Time Management - Ability to utilize the available time to organize and complete work within given deadlines
