ADP is hiring a Senior Business Process Analyst. This is an exciting position reporting to the Sr. Director of BPI. Tthe Sr. Business Process Analyst will have the responsibility for planning, coordinating, and managing activities and initiatives that have broad impact focusing on business transformation and process innovation within the ADP HRO (Human Resource Organization). The Sr. Business Process Analyst, supports and assists the business units within the HRO in disciplines requiring business process re-engineering initiatives. Serves as the focal point for new HRO BPI initiatives developed or piloted at a regional/division level and ensures new initiatives are in compliance with business objectives and goals and that they fit Standard Operating Procedure policies and procedures

  • Designs, develops and implements projects and processes geared at improving productivity, quality levels of performance and client satisfaction.
  • Provides and analyzes data and needs requirements to support new and improved processes that can be integrated into routine operations within the HRO.
  • Works with internal staff organizations in presenting and confirming new work procedures, organization recommendations and the prioritization of issues requiring their input and support.
  • Completes required business cases and identifies opportunities to streamline and improve workflow processes, introduce improved management control and reporting
  • Prepares presentation materials to support project initiatives and solicits feedback from the field on relative importance, feasibility and buy-in.
  • Facilitation of BPI events such as Kaizens, Baselines and Process/Technology Design Workshops that involve eliciting process requirements and liaising with users
  • Monitoring, measuring success and providing feedback on process performance
  • Looks for ways to better align business process and information flow to meet end users' needs with an emphasis on process integration, process improvement, non-value activity avoidance and sustainable cost savings.
  • Works with the project leader to inject process improvement and implementation methodologies to successfully integrate future state processes into a sustainable action.
  • Assists with developing metrics to measure compliance to process integration results and the downstream sustainable value of completed charters and projects.
  • Ensures proper documentation of risks, assumptions, issues and decisions related to the process integration event and escalates key issues regarding projects.



QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
  • Six Sigma / Lean Six Sigma Certified -- Minimum Green Belt, Black Belt highly preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Process Analyst with a proven proficiency in developing, implementing, presenting and confirming new work procedures and organization recommendations.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
  • Must be results oriented and have teamwork and relationship building skills.
