Position Title: Senior Client Services Specialist

Provides administrative support to existing Group Insurance accounts and or sales efforts. Generally handles small to mid sized clients. Serves as the liaison between Medical Underwriting, Sales and Account Management, Clients along with other internal areas and external business groups. Accountable for maintaining and identifying ways to enhance the partnership between all groups. Required to independently and thoroughly review research and resolve inquiries that are received within an established turnaround time.  Expected to own deliverables, develop solutions, and action plan for resolution of any processes impacting the overall customer experience.  Works closely with several business areas within Group Insurance to educate them on the Medical Underwriting processes for Short Term Disability, Long Term Disability, and Life. 

May interface with more senior level client staff and or external clients brokers agents. Has a good understanding of Prudential's products and services to help facilitate requests for proposals, presentations, sales support, reporting and other client needs. For US employees, this job is exempt and therefore not eligible for overtime.

Demonstrates ability to independently analyze trends, identify root cause, and propose solutions.

Five or more years of experience in the insurance industry.  Possesses knowledge of medical underwriting and/or other Group Insurance business products.
