The Team
The Leadership and Team Intelligence team in Human Resources is seeking an innovative and adaptable individual to join our APJC regional team in support of accelerating team success across Cisco. In this role you will work directly with local business leaders, human resources professionals and employees to enable a culture of effective teams across the region. This role reports to the Senior Manager of APJC LTI team and will be part of a dynamic team focused on APJC.

Role & Responsibilities

• Act as a partner and trusted advisor to key region/site business stakeholders and HR Leaders, consulting on team success across functions.
• Engage with internal clients to identify and intervene on change management initiatives to foster positive team dynamics
• Facilitate focus group discussions to understand the key issues within the team
• Provide an analysis of existing team dynamics and make recommendations to improve the performance of the team
• Work with internal clients to monitor progress of the interventions and to make relevant decisions
• Consult, plan, orchestrate & promote team success in major sites
• Actively collating, analyzing and reporting both business impact metrics and anecdotal examples of how the team success is providing tangible value to key business partners


Extended Team Focus

• Participate in region/site planning with local business and HR leaders.

• Collaborate with regional/global team ensuring close alignment and agreement on strategies and approach.

• Partner across the LTI organization and the broader HR ecosystem (client facing, centers of excellence, and global business services) to ensure successful business outcomes.


Mobility - 50% of the job will require regional travel.

What You Are:

Minimum Qualifications

BS/BA degree or equivalent and 15+ years' experience in human resources, program management, career coaching, and/or learning & development. It is preferred that applicants have direct experience in working directly with/managing employees, at Cisco or in a prior role in the IT industry.
