Description A seasoned UCCE professional with exposure to the Cisco UCCE suite of products. Should be able to translate high level business needs to technical solutions and be able to deliver the solution within the stipulated timelines. Should have key understanding of UCCE suite of Cisco Contact Center and it's integration to varied 3rd party platforms like SalesForce, Calabrio, Call Miner, Finesse etc. Ability to work in a dynamic evolving team of seasoned professionals across geographies.

**Roles and Responsibilities:**

- work on key contact center projects involving multiple stake holders.

- Ability to access, evaluate and translate high level designs into key

implementation tasks.

- Stakeholder management by attending design and engineering meetings.

- Ensuring deliverables are delivered in a time bound and feasible manner.

- Change Management, Incident management and ability to work on

enhancements(ISR) on an ongoing basis.

- Maintain key project documentation with periodic updates on an ongoing


- Should be able to mentor and train junior resources in the team on implementation tasks,

**Key Competencies and Skills:**

Looking for candidate with 3+ years of relevant experience in the following areas:

UCCE 7.5/8.5/10.5 Administration, configuration & Troubleshooting

Experience in CVP Integration, Administration & Troubleshooting

Installation, Configuration and troubleshooting of Cisco UCM

Installation, Configuration and troubleshooting of Cisco Unity Connection

Experience on voice Gateway

Experience of VOIP Telecom technologies

Experience in CUBE,SIP Proxy

Experience in load balancer -ACE,CSS

Experience in Media Sense & Calabrio

**Education and Qualifications:**

Would prefer an Engineering graduate with Certification on Cisco Voice and UCCE areas.

**Additional Information:**

Would need a candidate who will be able to work flexible hours, the primary work timings will be EMEA shift but would have to be flexible based on the project being worked on. The resource should be able to work on multiple customer accounts based on the work allocation. Should possess exception communication skills.
