The Senior Recruiting Coordinator will play an integral role in the Talent Acquisition Department by supporting the recruiters and other members of the team as it relates to the hiring and on-boarding of talent at Walmart eCommerce. This person contributes to the overall success of the team and will also play an important role with respect to creating a positive candidate experience for anyone who applies, interviews, and potentially accepts an offer with Walmart eCommerce.



Duties include:

Supports multiple recruiters as it relates to scheduling interviews, organizing travel arrangements for candidates, reserving conference rooms, managing the candidate feedback process and ensuring participation in our hiring manager survey.

Ensures that recruiter, candidate, hiring manager as well as interview team are informed of the process and have all requisite documentation.

Contacts and maintains communication with candidates throughout the recruiting process.

Manages candidate documentation and correspondence.

Informs the front desk associate with candidate interviews each day.

Troubleshoots scheduling conflicts as they arise.

Maintains high quality, professional interactions, providing candidates and hiring managers with information regarding the recruiting process.

Sends Recruiting Experience Survey when positions are filled.

Provides applicant tracking systems support from posting positions to candidate workflow.

Manage all job postings to company website, intranet, external job boards, schools and career boards.

Submit and track all background checks necessary for prospective associates in a timely manner.

Informs appropriate internal parties when complete.

Provides candidates with requisite information and direction regarding the drug test process.

Work closely with engaged vendors on scheduling candidates and providing information back to the agencies.

Escalates issues as they arise.Minimum Qualifications:



+ 2 years experience in human resources or related field.

Additional Preferred Qualifications:



+ 1 year event planning experience.

+ 1 year experience using Walmart Human Resources systems.

+ 1 year recruiting experience.
