Description AT&T Government Solutions is seeking a Cyber Readiness Subject Matter Expert to provide support to Communications Squadrons (CS) within Air Combat Command (ACC). Conducts risk, control, self-assessments of applications to ensure compliance with published policies and standards. Collects, compiles, and generates information security reports on system and network accesses.

+ Conduct security testing to verify the correct operation of the technical and non-technical (procedural) protection measures of the Information System (IS). Ensure the development, documentation, and presentation of IS security education, awareness, and training activities for facility management, personnel, users, and others, as appropriate.

+ Assess and report cyber readiness using DISA CCRI criteria, perform an analysis, of trends and concerns, and report key findings.

+ Provide recommendations and knowledge transfer based upon key findings. Draft and propose prioritized fix actions, or recommendations that will have maximum impact on the CCRI and Assessment and Authorization (A&A) processes, risk posture and readiness (i.e. SCAP, Linux and STIG training) to mitigate identified deficiencies. Validate accreditations at a level consistent with AF Designated Approving Authority (DAA) and DoD requirements for all base networks, enclaves, and systems and provide situational awareness.

+ Identify missing or incomplete documentation which could prevent a complete assessment of base networks, enclaves, and systems security posture.

+ Provide updated Cyber Security Posture Score Card with concern indicators for all assessment areas and Risk Assessment report with risk indicators for all assessed risk areas using DISA CCRI Scoring and Risk Assessment tools. Provide guidance, mitigation recommendations, and familiarization to personnel on base networks, enclaves, and systems security posture (e.g. C&A validation and testing, CCRI preparedness, and persistent Cyber readiness) to determine the best course of action to successfully pass or maintain persistent cyber readiness.

+ Review all historical data packages for compliance with DoDI, such as Authority to Operate (ATO), DoD Information Assurance Certification and Accreditation Process (DIACAP), RMFs, Interim Authority to Connect (IATC), ATC, Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service (eMASS), and previous CCRI and Cyber Readiness support documentation.

+ Implement short-term and long-term plans to include the establishment of a senior advisory group, eliciting Program Management Office (PMO) collaboration, identifying roles and responsibilities, identifying system, network and enclave sustainment requirements, prioritizing package registrations and submissions (based on mission criticality), identifying toolsets and manpower resources, establishing timelines and facilitating RMF training.

+ Minimum 8 years’ experience in risk assessment, vulnerability scanning and continuous monitoring.

+ Excellent writing, communication and briefing skills.

+ GIAC Security Leadership Certification (GSLC), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certified.

Required Clearance: Active Top Secret/SCI

Desired: Bachelor’s Degree in IT-related field (i.e. Computer Science, Networking).

NOTE: This position may require up to 10% travel.
