POSITION SUMMARY:
The Digital Fulfillment Coordinator will be responsible for managing the ad campaign lifecycle, including order entry to DFP, optimization, reporting and needed improvements to campaigns to ensure they deliver on results.  The Digital Fulfilment Coordinator partners with Digital Media Planners, Account Directors and leadership, providing assistance with campaign planning and implementation, preparing audits and to manage performance goals surrounding campaigns. He or she drives results in order to support customer retention. The Coordinator is responsible for building revenue through superior campaign management. Persons in this position will be required to interact with a wide range of employees and departments within the Cox Media Group (CMG) Newspaper Group and provide excellent customer service.

JOB DUTIES:
  • Timely delivery of detailed campaign performance reports with strategic analysis, optimization recommendations.
  • Use available tools to provide optimum results to advertisers through optimization.
  • Effectively tracks customer ads and identifies optimization opportunities to help the campaign improve performance that exceed expectations when possible.
  • Implement optimization strategy with Sales team and provide post-campaign analysis to assist with retention efforts.
  • Actively participate in early sales stages with sales and support for new business targets to aid in identifying opportunities and assist in making recommendations for optimal results for client.
  • Provide support to aid in proposal planning or creation of insertion orders
  • Consolidate reporting to provide one, concise report for clients and sales teams.
  • Utilizes proficiency in office technologies to support sales teams.
  • Runs daily, weekly, and monthly reports as needed to support sales team.
  • Confirm availability of inventory, provide avails/impression goals to sales and support as needed.
  • Proactively initiates projects as needed to support sales team and exceed customer expectations
  • Works with Operations leadership to set up custom targeting, new ad slots or products and execute sold sponsorship ad units.
  • Assist with troubleshooting efforts for any issues related to any and all technical issues relating to digital campaigns including tags, custom placements, etc.
  • Back up other operations staff.
  • Build effective, professional relationships with other CMG departments, customers, vendors, business partners, Cox corporate and other teams.
  • Proactive in staying informed of CMG administrative policies, procedures, and initiatives.
  • Perform duties and projects as assigned by manager.


Qualifications

EDUCATION:
Associate's Degree or higher or equivalent experience working with digital advertising is required

EXPERIENCE:
2-4 years’ experience in a digital advertising support role, or 1 year experience with a Master’s degree. 

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional problem solving, critical thinking and customer service skills.
  • Direct experience with Google’s DoubleClick for Publishers, Google Analytics
  • Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Able to accurately gather, summarize and compile data into effective reports and presentations as required.
