Our Senior Director of Product Engineering for Media Analytics will not only drive the decision and technical direction of new technologies with internal partners but will also forge and evangelize our engineering culture and innovations.
What we’re looking for:
A leader to run Product Engineering for Media Analytics (90+ team members, in 3-4 locations) delivering analytics products for Autotrader, Kelley Blue Book and Dealer.com
A leader who has experience setting the technology agenda to enable the business strategy for a multi-year transformation (current state, future state, gap planning across capabilities, technical systems, organization, economics, and operating models).

A technical degree and the maturity and wisdom that ten years or more of experience working in data services, analytics and technology provides. This should include a strong engineering background where you’ve had significant experience leading multiple development teams across multiple geographic locations.
Deep understanding and practice of Scaled Agile Development practices ‐ focusing on best practices and empowering our engineers to push the boundaries.
A passion for technology and product development that drives a culture of curiosity.
You'll have experience and a track record of building scalable solutions and teams you'll be proud to shout about.
You’re obsessed with analytics, data, relentless product delivery and transparency and you can travel 30-40% of the time.
Experience with enterprise-scale data and analytics technology platforms as well as understanding of cloud native technologies and practices.

Essentially this leader will successfully build and drive high–performing software development teams and work in close partnership with product, architecture and business leadership to achieve an optimum degree of integration and operational synergy across all Media Analytics products.  We need a combination of strong software delivery and execution skills, proven leadership and organization/team building experience, and excellent communications skills necessary to advise, influence and move three important spheres: the product teams, the business, and its customers.
