Job Description

Accountabilities:

Logistic Budget handling and administration:
  • Proactively lead and coordinate all Logistic financial planning cycles for Central Europe Business Unit ensuring alignment and deliverables, in close collaboration with all stakeholders in the process.
  • Optimally control the Logistic budgets, foster and fuel the productivity commitments, and optimize capital efficiency; in order to protect middle of the P&L to support the company operating model and business strategy.
  • Provide financial support and guidance to Logistic Director and Logistic team to facilitate effective and accurate performance management across all categories/logistics sites, and ensure timely reporting of key management results. Act as the finance expert within the function.
  • Provide full budget control details/performance to Logistic budget owners by leading of all Logistic performance reviews, both from a finance and an operational perspective, as well as at BU and sector level.
  • Build sufficient knowledge on Central Europe Logistic costs & infrastructure to support any strategic network optimization opportunities, identify leverage and productivity.
  • Prepare world-class presentations to be used by Logistic Director.

    I nvestment and Productivity projects:
  • Lead the Logistic investment agenda (capex) from a financial perspective.
  • Maintain & adapt all tracking tools according to business changes (transformation projects) in order to provide accurate performance details to budget owners and Logistic Director.
  • Productivity & Capital: provide support to Logistic Project owners in developing Financials and approve projects within thresholds stated in authorization matrix.

Qualifications/Requirements

Key Skills/Experience Required:

  • University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Logistic or alike
  • Rigor in financial planning and proficiency in modeling skills
  • Background in Finance, preferable in Planning / Controlling.
  • Supply Chain knowledge.
  • Business level proficiency in English
  • System oriented
  • Self-starter, high level of thinking & analytical skills, operational fact knowledge, priority setting, drive for results, and integrity.
  • 5+ years experience
  • Ability to communicate and influence across all levels of organization
