Primary Responsibilities:
  • Assess and interpret customer needs and requirements
  • Identify solutions to non - standard requests and problems
  • Provide explanations and information to others on difficult issues
  • Act as a resource for others with less experience
  • Work in a fast paced, high performance environment
  • Contracts analytics team translates contract language for loading into provider management and claims systems

This role will challenge you at every turn. You’ll help troubleshoot systems issues and identify gaps within a fast-paced, performance driven environment. You’ll need to learn different platform tools to help with data migrations, loading and auditing within various lines of the business.

Required Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of data analysis and / or audit experience within the healthcare industry
  • 1+ years of experience in managing cross functional projects 
  • 3+ years of customer response / customer service experience 
  • At least an Intermediate level of proficiency in MS Excel
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Provider data contract loading experience
  • Claim experience
  • Experience with COSMOS, FACETS, NDB
  • Proficiency with MS PowerPoint
  • Intermediate level of proficiency in tracking, trending and reporting on metrics
  • Experience writing policies and procedures
  • Undergraduate degree
