Job Details

Individual filling this position will be responsible for working on various Acquisition, Collaboration and Divestiture (AC&D) programs which impact Information Management (IM). You will engage with members from our Regulatory, Clinical, Safety and Content Management & Authoring domains to build a strategy for managing the transfer of data between Pfizer and the partnering company.

**The selected candidate should possess exceptional communication and presentation skills as these are mandatory.**

**Role Responsibilities**

+ Provide operational support to IM business lines for all Acquisition and Divestiture needs

+ Create Powerpoint presentations to be used for senior level update meetings

+ Keep project status up to date in centralized quad

+ Oversee contracted resources to ensure compliance with project requirements and timelines

+ Follow established "Playbook" and contribute lessons learned so we can continually improve our processes

+ Ensure data quality throughout the program

+ Provide documentation support (e.g., format, link, version control etc.) to meet Pfizer's standards and compliance requirements

+ Look for automation opportunities to help relieve the amount of manual efforts by all teams


+ Bachelors and 3 years or Masters and 1 year in Computer Science, Business, Finance or related field and relevant experience as described below

+ Must have experience with Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, Excel and SharePoint.

+ Experience with SharePoint technology (e.g., Microsoft InfoPath, SharePoint Designer, etc.)

**Preferred Qualifications**

+ Knowledge of a project methodology is a plus

+ Knowledge of Pharmaceutical metadata and standards is a plus

+ Experience with query tools/data extraction techniques (e.g., SQL, PL/SQL, Brio, MS_Access) is a plus

+ Knowledge of Clinical, Safety, Regulatory, and/or Document management systems and Workflows is a plus
