Description AT&T Government Solutions is seeking a Program Manager to provide support Air Combat Command (ACC) Communications Squadrons (CS) by managing contracted services for their Command Cyberspace Readiness Inspection programs. The Program Manager (PM) will provide management oversight for all work performed under the contracted effort and employee performance.



Achieves operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing change. Meets financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions. The selected candidate will identify, document, and notify the Government of actual or potential problems or deficiencies, and report unresolved issues to the Contract Officer Representative. The PM will coordinate reach back support and travel team schedules & effort supporting fifteen geographically separated organizations. The employee will be responsible for weekly status briefings regarding technical progress to government representatives and required to support meetings & conferences at the request of the Contracting Officer. The PM will participate in technical interchange meetings to discuss cyber readiness as related to the service contract and other management duties as assigned/required.



+ Minimum 8 years’ experience in Program Management

+ Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in IT-related field (i.e. Computer Science, Networking)

+ Excellent writing, communication and briefing skills

+ GIAC Security Leadership Certification (GSLC), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certified.



Required Clearance: Active Top Secret/SCI



Desired:

PMP Certification

A minimum of 2 years’ experience in risk assessment, vulnerability scanning, continuous monitoring, or military inspection processes.



NOTE: This position may require up to 10% travel.
