Exception leadership skills

Excellent SQL skills (Hadoop, Teradata) or similar relational databases

Experience in R and R Shiny

Proven broad advanced analytical skills

Comfort working with and managing sizable teams in fast pace environment

Excellent at handling large and complex data sets

Experience in designing and delivering automated business intelligence solutions

Excellent general modeling skills

Great communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams, including both business and technical stakeholders

Bachelor's degree in Math, Statistics, Retail Analytics, Operations Research or related discipline

3+ years experience in data analytics, business analysis or comparable analytics position

Self-motivated

Highly organized

Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment
