What You'll Do

We need a visionary who strives to innovate the world by building technology partnerships. This role will entail working on building a partnership with Google. You will need to deal with complex issues that arise with two large companies partnering.  You will be tasked to developing insight into strategic challenges for the leadership team, and exposure to senior-level decision making.  It will provide an opportunity to establish relationships with people across the organization and Google. In addition, this individual will have the opportunity to lead virtual teams to originate and implement ecosystem strategy with Google.

Who You'll Work With

The Strategic Ecosystem Group (SEG) reports to the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) who is responsible for Cisco's corporate strategy and corporate development. The SEG team develops Cisco ecosystem strategy, originates, incubates and ensures operationalization of the top strategic partnerships for the company. 

Who You Are

The candidate must excel in strategy development, including business analysis, problem solving, business development, executive communication, consensus building and project management. Having product management and marketing experience is a plus. In addition, candidates must demonstrate the ability to be successful in an unstructured, team oriented environment.

Minimum Qualifications for this Role are:

  • BA/BS, 10 years' experience of product management, business development, or general management experience. 
  • You should be able to drive thought leadership across Cisco and partners, along with drive engineering, product management and GTM teams. 
  • A deep knowledge of the Public Cloud and highly desired background and experience developing corporate strategies, alliance partnership and sales experience. 
  • You have a demonstrated track record of creating and operationalizing partnership in technology, and ability to influence stakeholders of all levels.
  • Executive presence. 
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, and G-Suite.
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred but not required
