+ Analyzes and delivers department financial performance

+ Develops and implements compliance, safety, and asset protection strategies for specialty Logistics facilities

+ Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects

+ Ensures business needs are being met

+ Oversees regulatory safety compliance for the return center network (for example, return centers, STaR facilities, reverse consolidation centers, used asset centers, refurbish centers, liquidators), truck shops, and print solutions facilities

+ Oversees shrink prevention for the return center network (for example, return centers, reverse consolidation centers, used asset centers, refurbish centers, liquidators), truck shops, and print solutions facilities

+ Promotes and supports company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity

+ Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates

Minimum Qualifications:



+ 1 year supervisory experience.

+ Bachelor's degree in management, logistics, business administration, financial management, production/operations management, criminal justice, safety, environmental affairs or a related field and 2 years experience in operations, distribution, logistics, retail or related field OR 4 years experience in asset protection or safety field developing and executing strategies to reduce accidents and minimize loss (for example, accident prevention, theft deterrence, safety, fire protection and environmental management).

Additional Preferred Qualifications:



+ 1 year experience monitoring and managing compliance with local, state, and federal regulations (e.g., OSHA, EPA, DOT, FDA, DEA).

+ 2 years experience as a Walmart Logistics Operations Manager.

+ 3 years experience as a Walmart Logistics Asset Protection Area Manager.

+ 3 years supervisory experience.

+ Certification in an Asset Protection related field (for example, Loss Prevention Professional (LPP), Certified Forensic Investigator (CFI), Certified Safety Professional (CSP), Occupational Safety & Health Technologist (OHST)).
