Deliver next generation solutions to our customers through a network of 1000+ stores

Ensure business and customer experience strategies are translated into product strategies/road maps/specifications and program design that deliver customer benefits, meet financial goals, and ensure that systems and processes are setup to scale for growth

Strong customer focus on delivering high impact projects with good quality and within the expected time frame

Demonstrates up-to-date expertise in digital trends and innovations and applies this to the development, execution, and improvement of omnichannel customer experience

+ Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects for Walmart.com Operations

+ Ensures business needs are being met

+ Implements Walmart.com operations strategies for specific functions

+ Oversees Walmart.com Operations financial and customer experience management for specific functions

+ Promotes and supports company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors degree in engineering, business administration, or related field

3-5 years of professional experience focusing on the customer and their needs, working under pressure and in highly-visible roles

Clear and unwavering customer obsession

Retail and / or eCommerce experience

Comfortable with some ambiguity

DecisiveAdditional Preferred Qualifications: Advanced degree in Engineering or Business administration

Outcome oriented - not reactionary; able to articulate the desired outcome and work collaboratively to create a path to achieve it

Strong execution sense - can envision a world different than the status quo with the ability to articulate a clear path to get there

Self-motivated, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
