The ELIQUIS Healthcare Professional Team is responsible for identifying and applying deep HCP insights to deliver the great value of our brand to healthcare professional customers and maximizing the value of the brand for Pfizer. The ELIQUIS team operates as an Alliance with Bristol Meyers. The alliance between Pfizer & BMS is an environment that embraces strong communication and values the creation of great partnerships.


As a member of the ELIQUIS HCP team you will be responsible for managing all development and pull through of our evolving digital, multichannel and non-personal promotional efforts across our two major indications. 1) Non-Valvular Atrial Fibrillation (NVAF) and 2) Venous Thromboembolism (VTE Tx) indication.

Our digital and multichannel efforts continue to grow in significance each year as the ELIQUIS brand seeks to find new and innovative ways for reaching new customers that are yet to have been fully exposed to the ELIQUIS clinical story. Our multichannel strategies and tactics have evolved significantly over the last several years and plans for 2018 are to continue that impressive momentum. This role will be responsible for continuing to support advancement of our strategies while maintaining seamless tactical execution.


+ Manage the strategy and execution of all ELIQUIS HCP digital, multichannel and non-personal promotional (NPP) efforts across our NVAF & VTE indications

+ Lead the planning and executional efforts surrounding the innovative NPP Personalization & Trigger Pilot - finalizing pilot business rules & measurement plan, testing behavioral triggers, optimal cadence and personalized messaging, and applying pilot results to optimize NPP strategy

+ Manage and oversee meaningful enhancements and optimizations to the Eliquis professional desktop & mobile website based on usability research

+ Lead the development and execution of HCP Journal Ads and online display media placements

+ Optimize the newly launched HCP Social Media presence based on pilot results

+ Optimize and maintain newly launched Remote Detail platform, including updates to the platform and support of Remote Detail rep training

+ Lead the HCP communications and efforts for the Reversal agent market event - aligning on brand strategy/plan of action for when Andexanet launches; coordinate label updates across functions

+ Oversee maintenance as well as future enhancements to the Eliquis Digital Rep Advisor Platform

+ Be the marketing lead liaison responsible for cascading any and all digital or multichannel initiatives that directly support the Pfizer sales force - including new Rep Triggered communications and new enhancement to the DRA platform


+ Ability to generate deep, targeted customer insights and integrate into business decisions.

+ Ability to work effectively within an Alliance.

+ Ability to balance short and long term priorities

+ Demonstrated initiative, strong strategic and leadership skills.

+ Solid analytical and strategic thinking; ability to translate strategy and analysis to a tactical, executable level.

+ Ability to synthesize complex information and distill critical customer driven insights to drive brand performance

+ Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

+ Strong project and process management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

+ Ability to work on multiple projects and prioritize/multi-task effectively.

+ Pharmaceutical and digital marketing experience and strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical marketplace are essential.

+ Bachelor's degree required. MBA/MPH preferred.


+ Some travel required for POAs, conferences and some business meetings needed throughout the year
