    Sodexo, world leader in quality of life services, has an immediate opening for a Senior Manager, Finance at our North American Headquarters in Gaithersburg, MD. This position is a part of our Entegra Procurement Services division.



    About Entegra:


    Entegra Procurement Services, LLC, a subsidiary of Sodexo USA, provides customized procurement and distribution services for food and supplies for multi-unit clients in the Healthcare, Hospitality, and Leisure Industries.

    The Entegra Finance Department Mission is to provide accurate, timely, and customized reporting and analysis to all of our clients, both internal and external, while maintaining the flexibility to meet and exceed our client’s expectations.



    Job Description:


    The Senior Manager, Finance will be responsible for:

    • managing at least two (2) employees who have twenty plus (20+) contracts apiece to ensure that the contracts are being paid according to the contract language; 
    • responsible for developing, preparing, and analyzing data for internal and external personnel, as well as any projects to grow the business;
    • ensuring that Financials are recorded accurately and reconciliations are done timely according to policies and procedures;
    • preparing and maintaining financial reporting on monthly basis to our senior leadership team; 
    • handling requests made by internal/external auditors regarding Entegra’s financials; 
    • and other ad hoc requests and reports.

    Position Summary

    Provides a leadership role within a Finance function. Responsible for reviewing and analyzing and preparing financial reports related to the finance function. Analyzes, reviews and implements process improvement. May lead a significant part of a project to enhance the internal and/or external financial reporting capabilities. Develop internal and/or external relationships to ensure maintenance and delivery of financial reports and information. Contributes to the tactical and strategic direction of the financial reporting function.

    Qualifications & Requirements

    Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree 

    Basic Management Experience - 5 years

    Basic Functional Experience – 3 years in accounting, finance or a related field
