This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new team within Walmart Talent Acquisition. You will have the opportunity to work and collaborate with senior leaders, cross functional teams such as People Experience, Corporate Affairs and Marketing, as well as Talent Acquisition Partners from across the Globe. Reporting to the Sr. Director of the Global Talent Acquisition COE you will be integral in creating a strategy that focuses on raising awareness of Walmart as a career destination by sharing why this is that place.

Enjoy the challenge of making sure contracts and agreements are being fully maximized by conducting regular vendor reviews.



Key Responsibilities:

Partnering with People Experience and Corporate Affairs to develop Walmart Careers Social Media Strategy ensuring we are pushing out the right content to the right audience at the right time.

Managing prioritization of Employer Brand and Talent Marketing requests from all Talent Acquisition teams.

Developing a Talent Acquisition vendor optimization framework to maximize global and national contracts where possible, with KPIs and SLAs, maximizing investment and continuously measuring success.

Partnering with People Experience to develop and roll out a Global Associate Ambassador Program, empowering talent acquisition teams and the business to leverage Social Media and their networks to attract and engage with talent.

Tracking and measuring success of talent attraction methods, specifically highlighting metrics that link source of hire and source of influence, leveraging data to drive talent attraction decisions.Minimum Qualifications:Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field and 4 years experience in digital marketing, communications, advertising, or related field, or Masters degree and 2 years experience in digital marketing, communications, advertising, or related field or 7 years experience in digital marketing, communications, advertising, or related field.Additional Preferred Qualifications:Preferred Qualifications:

4 years of project management experience with cross functional teams

Experience interacting, partnering with and influencing senior leadership and stakeholders

Previous experience working with Social media or Corporate Branding campaigns in a corporate environment

Experience developing strategies and executing against them to attract and engage with talent

Previous experience with another Fortune 500 company in a global and matrixed environment.
