Description As a member of the Procurement Business Process & Operations (BP&O) team, Senior Manager - Global Travel Technology Enablement is responsible for the assisting with the development, management and governance of various Procurement owned toolsets as related to the Travel and Expense area. The resource will have responsibility for the technology systems which enable the corporate travel and expense function to include Concur/PT&E, GetThere/Travel Connect, PI (T& E Reporting System), The Pfizer Travel APP, GDS Integrations, Third Party Content Aggregators, Third Party Audit/Rebooking Providers, and applicable technology systems which require support from a M &A perspective (i.e. legacy online booking tools or expense applications. The position will require working in close collaboration with the Global Procurement, BT Team, and External Travel Suppliers and Global Travel Management Company. The position will lead activities related to managing new travel and/or expense technology implementations, assist with the ongoing maintenance of existing global T and E systems and tools as well as manage continuous improvements. This role may also work on other high priority BP&O projects as time permits.



**RESPONSIBILITIES:**



+ Collaborate with market leads (GP country leads, GP regional leads, Finance Directors, Regional FD's and GFS) to define business requirements and ensure the process and systems that are deployed comply with legal, regulatory and tax requirements

+ Manage project lifecycles from designing solutions, testing, implementing, and change management activities including communicating and training end-users for travel and expense technologies

+ Provide strategic direction and guidance to our supplier partners both internal (Finance, BT) and external (Concur, RoadMap, PI, Yapta/TripBam etc.) on optimizing the business process and suite of tools that support P2P/GP/Travel & Expense)

+ Work with external supplier's product management team on future product enhancements, major upgrades and new ancillary products

+ Conduct system testing activities of new features, enhancements, changes and break-fixes

+ Maintain documentation, quick-reference guides, and computer-based training modules for applicable T &E systems and tools



**QUALIFICATIONS:**



+ Bachelor's degree required

+ Project Management Certification preferable

+ 10+ years supporting global travel processes with a software toolset required

+ Experience with software as a service software preferred

+ Demonstrated experience managing a cross functional team required

+ Ability to work across a global team and flexibility to accommodate global time requirements

+ Strong knowledge of information technology, travel and expense systems and tool, procurement, finance and accounting

+ Ability to manage multiple projects, deliverables, and deadlines



+ Travel up to 15% of the time

+ Must be flexible to accommodate global time requirements
