For this role, we are seeking a leader to own the strategic business relationship with key external partners to deliver an amazing Walmart experience everywhere in a store, online and across any surface. This person will be the central lead across Walmart Inc. (stores, eCommerce, International) to drive all strategic activities with a partner.

You will be responsible for helping define, manage and execute strategic initiatives that enable Walmart to build innovative solutions across supply chain, merchandising, marketing, eCommerce, and in stores. To be successful in this role, you must be an excellent communicator, highly motivated, effective working across multiple, cross-functional teams, and able to launch and operate programs that get to market quickly. The ability to synthesize multiple variables across consumer product, business & technology and translate them effectively into short, medium, & long-term solutions via analysis & prioritization is a must. This position will require strong negotiation skills as well as a retail and or technology background.City:SAN BRUNOState:CAPosition Description:

+ Develops business strategies for assigned Marketing categories (for example, search engine optimization (SEO))

+ Develops continuous improvements to online marketing systems, processes, and capabilities

+ Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects

+ Ensures business needs are being met

+ Manages the budget for assigned Marketing category (for example, search engine optimization (SEO))

+ Manages vendor relationships and contracts for Marketing initiatives

+ Promotes and supports company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity

+ Provides guidance across the company (for example, international markets) regarding Marketing processes

+ Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates
