Its all part of our unwavering commitment to creating opportunities and bringing value to customers and communities around the world.Job Title:Senior Manager II, Talent Product StrategyEmployment Type:Full TimeCity:BENTONVILLEState:ARPosition Description:As part of the Global Talent Product Strategy team, youll be in charge of developing solutions and products that will be the lifeblood of company - you will have an opportunity to work with senior leaders and business partners on a regular basis. You will be a key contributor to the companys people strategywhich determines the programs and products we develop and roll out across the companys diverse groups. Below are some examples of responsibilities you'll have in this role:

+ Manage the product portfolio across specific talent functional area ( hiring, learning, career mobility etc.. ) to ensure solutions are integrated, drive impact, and provide a seamless experience for the business and our associates.

+ Establish and drive process and develop protocols that support the creative process of discovering opportunities, building concepts, testing concepts through prototype, partnering with the business to pilot proposed solutions, and enabling business segments, at launch, to successfully institute solutions across the enterprise.

+ Ensure clear objectives and measures of success are defined for each talent initiative; manage integrated metrics aligned to Global People scorecard.

+ Ensure analytics proactively highlight continuous improvement opportunities, and the overall product suite keeps pace with a rapidly changing talent management ecosystem.

+ Establish and oversee integrated program governance to measure progress and report out to key stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications:

+ Bachelor s degree in Business, Psychology, or related field and 3 years experience in human resources or related field OR 6 years experience in human resources or related field.

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

+ 7 or more years experience in Human Resources or related field.

+ Master's or Ph.D. degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Organizational Design, Business, or related field.

+ PHR/SPHR/GPHR Certification.
