Sodexo, an industry leader in Clinical Technology Management (CTM), has an opportunity for a Business Analytics Manager.   

 

The Business Analytics Manager­­­­­ is primarily responsible for developing a centralized repository of key metrics and analytics to provide reporting and business intelligence to the organization. This individual is tasked with collaborating with key functional areas (Operations, IT, Corporate and Finance) and will link our technological capacities and our business objectives to ensure CTM is executing cost-effective solution strategies for our business.  This role will complete analytical assessments of processes to identify root cause and provide recommendations for process modifications and/or compliance risk. 

Successful candidate will have the following skills, knowledge, abilities:

  • Independent, logical thinker with ability to perform detailed data analysis
  • Advanced troubleshooting abilities, with ability to problem solve complex technical issues
  • Ability to understand operational business processes, and technical/system knowledge
  • Must demonstrate excellent professional communication skills through clearly written, concise and comprehensive documentation; strong technical writing skills
  • Must be capable of executing and publishing written requirements utilizing the business intent and goals, while providing technical details to support workflow or system development
  • Ability to develop and/or present training to operations trainers and/or business users
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft programs (Work, Excel, Powerpoint), Great Plains and Minuteman
  • Strong project management, communication and presentation skills
  • Prefer prior experience in the HTM industry

Position Summary

Supports Operations through the successful dissemination of programs, processes, and products.  Plays a key role in supporting start-ups, operations training, standards implementation and audits.  Performs workload analysis for staffing purposes, retention efforts and develops / deploys new best practices.  Provides input regarding opportunities for product / service or brand enhancements while test piloting products/programs, etc.  Assists with modification of products / services to meet operational needs.  Assists with Unit Operating System development and initial installation of new products, services and programs.

Qualifications & Requirements

Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree 

Basic Management Experience - 5 years   

Basic Functional Experience - 3 years in operations, operations support, or a related field
