Working with cross-functional teams such as product management and other analysts, you will provide actionable insights through large data analytics, rigorous A/B testing, data mining, various financial analysis etc. The ideal candidate should be an independent solution oriented performer, skilled and experienced with using data to drive strategy and business action.City:SAN BRUNOState:CAPosition Description:

+ Delivers insights into website performance and trends

+ Drives site optimization strategies

+ Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects for Site Analytics

+ Ensures business needs are being met

+ Manages relationship with analytics vendors (for example, Omniture, Sitespect) and ensures compliance with service levels

+ Manages site tagging standards and integrity

+ Promotes and supports company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity

+ Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates

+ Serves as an advocate for web analytics

Minimum Qualifications: Minimum 3 years experience in a quantitative or analytical role within ecommerce, consumer or marketing analytics.

Advanced SQL & experience with working on large multidimensional datasets

Curiosity and willingness to learn and work in teams

Proficiency in Excel and Power Point
