**ROLE SUMMARY**



This position reports to the Director of Supply Chain Operations (SCO).







The Senior Manager/TL Business Systems Support is responsible for the following:







+ Operations and SCO Systems (SAP, AMPS, MBR, SMT, Label Jet, various interfaces, etc.)



+ Lead and complete complex projects



+ Faciliate Electronic Batch Records (EBR) master plan and implementation for the site



+ Coordination of standard work practices assuring alignment of supporting systems and reports



+ Manage team of five Colleagues



+ Work closely with site Business Technology (BT) to manage system changes through document review and global change record (GCR) review and approval; develop system strategy plans and goals, assuring business needs are met.



+ Identify subject matter experts (SME), coordinate requirements gathering and facilitate system training when system changes are made.



+ Have a complete understanding of data within the various systems that they own.



+ Represent the organization and interact with senior internal and external leadership on matters requiring coordination between organizations.



+ Trains other System and Data Managers, as well as train others in the organization on their business processes.







**ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES**







+ Lead Systems/Data Management team



+ Lead/support system and process improvement initiatives



+ Align with both site and above site initiatives related to core system optimization







**QUALIFICATIONS**



Bachelors in Business (Intergrated Supply Management) or related Business/Technical field required. Minimum of seven to ten years related experience in the pharmaceutical or fine chemical industry with minimum of three years in supervisory/leadership capacity. Demonstrated capability to communicate effectively; develop and manage talent; embrace diversity; influence stakeholders and build business partnerships to deliver results. Additional required competencies include business systems subject knowledge; startegic thinking and problem solving; strong business acumen; change agent; innovative thinker, organizational knowledge/agility; experience with Lean/Operational Excellence tools and driving process efficiences; ability to manage multiple priorities.



**Functional/Technical Knowledge:** Applies extensive technical and industry-specific expertise, and has full knowledge of the requirements of other related disciplines. Demonstrated skills in leading, planning, and developing successful business processes/business units.







**PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS**



Office work environment. Use of hearing and eye protection is required when in designated manufacturing environment.
