Description **ROLE SUMMARY**

Glasdegib is a potential new agent in Pfizer's Hematology portfolio targeted to treat adult patients with Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML). The Senior Manager marketing role will lead the development and execution of personal and non-personal strategies and initiatives to support the launch and continued growth of Glasdegib as well as some initiatives across AML portfolio for Glasdegib and Mylotarg. This individual will specifically manage all educational initiatives including but not limited to the management of speaker programs, advisory boards, congresses, patients and nurse initiatives. The role requires strong strategic and analytical thinking as well as creativity and decision-making skills. It also requires the ability to work in a fast paced, team-based, matrix environment with multiple stakeholders.


+ Lead the development and implementation of the marketing strategies, tactics, and initiatives, ensuring that all key launch initiatives are executed to support the US launch and long term brand success of Glasdegib

+ Develop the brand's digital strategy including the identification of multi-channel platforms, media presence and scale, as well as website development

+ Lead and support cross AML initiatives for Mylotarg and Glasdegib

+ Communicate closely with Global Commercial Operations and agency partners to create and implement promotional and educational resources for HCPs and Patients

+ Continuously measure the impact of marketing initiatives, generating early learning, and driving continuous improvement in order to achieve budget

+ Lead identification and development of speaker bureau and manage all required speaker training and promotional programs to support launch

+ Serve as US lead for all Regional, National, and Global congresses

+ Partner with Sales Training to develop disease, Oncology environment, and product content that can be leveraged across different Pfizer stakeholders

+ Identify needs and partner with service providers to develop and manage patient assistance programs for the brand


+ 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing, analytics, or sales

+ Track record of synthesizing complex information and distilling critical customer insights

+ Ability to translate strategy and analysis to a tactical, executable level to drive brand performance

+ Demonstrated success in developing, driving, executing, and measuring the impact of complex marketing programs

+ Strong project management skills, including ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously and manage against a work plan

+ Strong team player with demonstrated ability to partner and collaborate with experts from a wide range of cross-functional areas

+ Strong business acumen with excellent communication skills for a wide variety of audiences, including senior management.

+ High-energy, proactive self-starter who has the initiative to function autonomously and the confidence and ingenuity to initiate, create and innovate.
