Job Details

The Senior Manager role on the US Lung Portfolio Marketing Team will help drive the success of XALKORI across in line and pipeline indications. The role requires marketing expertise to help advance in-line key brand imperatives in order to maximize brand value and launch new indications. The role also requires strategic and analytical thinking as well as creativity and decision-making skills, along with a proven track record of success in working in a team-based environment, with multiple marketing and cross-functional partners.

+ Own XALKORI HCP/Patient brand strategy, promotion, and initiatives

+ Drive implementation, pull through , measurement and optimization of key tactics

+ Brand performance tracking

+ Actively liaise across a large cross functional team including field force, sales leadership, sales training, legal, medical, regulatory and other support functions

+ Balance running both an in-line business while preparing for a future indication


+ BS/BA required, Advanced degree highly preferred

+ At least 5 years of pharmaceutical experience in diverse commercial roles

+ Previous in-line US Marketing experience preferred

+ Oncology, specialty, rare disease, or diagnostics experience preferred

+ Proven track record of identifying customer needs, extracting key insights, and translating these into meaningful value propositions, and tactics

+ Strong team player with demonstrated ability to engage experts from a wide range of functional areas to improve business performance

+ Confidence and ingenuity to initiate, create, and bring ambiguity into action

+ Strong analytical skills; detail and action oriented; creative

+ Solid business acumen with excellent verbal and written communication skills for a wide variety of audiences, including senior management.
