**ROLE SUMMARY**



BESPONSA was approved in the U.S. in August of 2017 to treat adult patients with Relapsed/Refractory Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL). The Senior Manager marketing role will lead the development and execution of personal and non-personal strategies and initiatives to accelerate the launch of BESPONSA and drive continued growth. This individual will drive the strategy and execution of initiatives including, but not limited to, Field Force deliverables, digital strategy including website and multi-channel programs, KOL engagement, Pharmacy, Patient and Nurse initiatives, speaker programs, advisory boards and congresses. The role requires strategic and analytical thinking, strong project management experience, creativity and decision-making skills - as well as a proven track record of success in working in a cross-functional team-based environment, with multiple stakeholders.







**ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES**







+ Lead the development and implementation of marketing strategies, tactics and initiatives in support of the launch of the BESPONSA promotional campaign for HCP and Patient audiences



+ Develop the brand's digital strategy including website development, media presence and multi-channel platforms, and partner with eMCM team, agencies and vendors to deliver initiatives and tactics aligned to brand strategy



+ Lead brand HUB strategy and partner closely with cross-functional colleagues on PMCE and PCA/SAS teams to develop and implement new initiatives that leverage HUB services to realize the potential of PfizerOncologyTogether for HCPs and patients



+ Lead the Hematology Buy & Bill Co-Pay program, including updates and maintenance to promotional collateral and oversight of vendor



+ Develop and lead the national and regional Congress strategy (i.e., ASH, SOHO, ASCO, CIBMTR, etc.), including both pre- and post-conference engagements



+ Partner closely with Strategic Customer colleagues to lead advocacy partnerships and collaborations develop initiatives to support patients



+ Support planning and execution of Sales meetings to maximize engagement with the HAS team, including communication of core marketing strategies and tactics



+ Work collaboratively with cross functional teams (Medical, Marketing, Regulatory, Legal, NAD, CEP and Engage team, etc.) to support the development and execution of Customer Engagements, including; HCP Ad Boards and Speaker Programs



+ Communicate closely with Global Commercial Operations and agency partners to create and implement promotional and educational resources for HCPs and Patients



+ Work with Sales Leadership and Pfizer training to identify training needs and build/implement plans to address identified gaps and develop disease, Oncology environment, and product content that can be leveraged across different Pfizer stakeholders



+ Lead Field Force advisory boards to gather customer and market insights to help inform ongoing marketing strategies and resource development



+ Continuously measure the impact of marketing initiatives, generating early learning, and driving continuous improvement in order to achieve budget







**QUALIFICATIONS**







+ Bachelor's degree required. Advanced degree preferred



+ 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing required



+ Previous in-line marketing experience preferred



+ Track record of synthesizing complex information and distilling critical customer insights



+ Ability to translate strategy and analysis to a tactical, executable level to drive brand performance



+ Demonstrated success in developing, driving, executing, and measuring the impact of complex marketing programs



+ Strong project management skills, including ability to work independently, lead multiple projects simultaneously and manage against a work plan



+ Strong team player with demonstrated ability to partner and collaborate with experts from a wide range of cross-functional areas



+ Strong business acumen with excellent communication skills for a wide variety of audiences, including senior management



+ High-energy, proactive self-starter who has the initiative to function autonomously and the confidence and ingenuity to initiate, create and innovate to achieve key brand objectives



+ Ability to bring clarity to ambiguity and create concrete and actionable plans
