**ROLE SUMMARY:**



The Senior Manager role on the US Hematology/BOSULIF Marketing Team will help drive the growth of BOSULIF and the new 1L indication. This role will be responsible for the development and advancement of key brand strategies focusing on Field Force engagement and support, KOL engagement, Advisory Boards, Hematology Conferences, and Multi-Channel Marketing. The role requires strategic and analytical thinking, strong project management experience, creativity and decision-making skills - as well as a proven track record of success in working in a cross-functional team-based environment, with multiple stakeholders.







**ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:**







+ Support the implementation of the launch plan for the new BOSULIF 1L indication



+ Lead the development and roll-out of new HCP promotional material to be utilized by the Field Force, including support of PROMOS inventory management



+ Work with Sales Leadership and Pfizer training to identify training needs and build/implement plans to address identified gaps



+ Partner with Marketing Director on the development of evolving brand position for new BOSULIF 1L indication, and implementation of overall Strategic and Tactical Plans



+ Develop and lead the targeted Hematology congress strategy (i.e., ASH, SOHO, ASCO, iCMLF, etc.), including both pre and post conference engagements



+ Support planning and execution of Sales meetings to maximize engagement with the HAS team, including communication of core marketing strategies and tactics



+ Work collaboratively with cross functional teams (Medical, Marketing, Regulatory, Legal, NAD, CEP and Engage team, etc.) to support the development and execution of Customer Engagements, including; HCP Ad Boards and Speaker Programs with target Organized Customers and/or Large Group Practices



+ Lead all aspects of Multi-Channel Marketing Strategy, including partnering with eMCM team , agencies and Brand Director to identify print and digital initiatives aligned to brand strategy, that compliment HAS promotional efforts and elevate BOSULIF value proposition



+ Lead Field Force advisory boards to gather customer and market insights to help inform ongoing marketing strategies and resource development







**QUALIFICATIONS:**







+ 3-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing required



+ Previous in-line marketing experience preferred



+ Track record of synthesizing complex information and distilling critical customer insights



+ Ability to translate strategy and analysis to a tactical, executable level to drive brand performance



+ Demonstrated success in developing, driving, executing, and measuring the impact of complex marketing programs



+ Strong project management skills, including ability to work independently, lead multiple projects simultaneously and manage against a work plan



+ Strong team player with demonstrated ability to partner and collaborate with experts from a wide range of cross-functional areas



+ Strong business acumen with excellent communication skills for a wide variety of audiences, including senior management



+ High-energy, proactive self-starter who has the initiative to function autonomously and the confidence and ingenuity to initiate, create and innovate to achieve key brand objectives



+ Ability to bring clarity to ambiguity and create concrete and actionable plans



+ Strong analytical skills; detail and action oriented; creative



+ Strong influence skills



+ Holds people accountable and acts decisively

**EDUCATION:**







+ Bachelor's degree required. Advanced degree preferred
