Position Title: Senior Market Research Analyst

The Senior Analyst will work across Global Strategic Research to provide project management and analytical support on specific ongoing and ad hoc projects. The Senior Analyst is principally responsible for developing key components of projects and/or completely managing less complex studies or tracking studies.   Reporting to a Manager of Global Strategic Research, the Senior Analyst will gain wide exposure to Prudential’s businesses and corporate centers.



  • Participate in development, management, and execution of research plans.
  • Conduct analyses of research and customer data using sophisticated, multi-disciplinary techniques when appropriate.
  • Integrate findings with secondary research and market trends as appropriate.
  • Create presentations, reports, and other deliverables to communicate findings and insights.

  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to synthesize data and simplify findings to communicate to business partners.
  • Strong demonstrated interest in strategic market research, with 3-5 years of experience within the market research industry or a related field.  Supplier-side experience a plus.
  • Expertise with Excel (formulas, macros) and graphical PowerPoint presentations.  Knowledge of Tableau or other data visualization programs a plus.
  • Strong proficiency in either SPSS or SAS, with working knowledge of statistics (e.g., significance testing, correlation, regression).  
  • Bachelors or master’s degree with coursework in statistics, mathematics, social sciences, business, and/or economics.
